American Trade Magazine, LLC has signed a new 2,680 square foot lease at 566 West Lake Street. Ascot Realty Group’s Jim Ascot and Denis Ascot represented ownership, Evergreen Real Estate Services, LLC and CB Richard Ellis’ Connor Kerr represented the tenant.
