Child and Adolescent Bipolar Foundation has signed a new 2,504 square foot lease at 566 West Lake Street. Ascot Realty Group’s Jim Ascot and Denis Ascot represented ownership, Evergreen Real Estate Services, LLC and Schwalb Realty Group’s Joyce Wippman represented the tenant.
